Just like doing physical training as the way of getting and staying in shape. Actors need to act as much as possible.
Actors also need to be challenged at all times, otherwise you'll stop growing. ActorLab Work Sessions will provide you the challenge that you as an actor desperately require. Don't stay in your comfort zone, but be challenged by new and daring techniques that will change your look on acting. Never limit your acting abilities — go out there and look for something new and different.
During the workshop I combine tip and tricks on subjects such as minimal acting, casting, self-tapes, networking, the do's and don'ts when working on the set; with working one-on-one on a scene of your choice.
At the end of the 3 hours workshop you'll be enriched with knowledge, challenged in a creative way and walk home with a professional taped scene of your own.
